| Wayne is a human resources executive with experience in Fortune 500 corporations and small, entrepreneurial companies across seven business environments and corporate staff assignments. His background includes over twenty-five years in HR generalist roles with General Electric, RCA and Blue Cross & Blue Shield, plus two startup companies -- a pioneering, high-tech research & development firm and an online marketing research organization, plus a medical supply distributor. In each assignment, Wayne established a credible, respected HR function that delivered full service, quality human resources for employees. He also served as a key business partner on executive leadership teams to develop and align unique HR processes, practices and programs with rapidly changing business needs. Spending the major portion of his career with GE, over 18 years, Wayne moved through several human resources positions of increasing scope to support various client organizations, including marketing & sales, finance, information technology, engineering and manufacturing operations. Wayne also has solid experience in the training and development arena, as an instructional designer, facilitator and trainer providing various learning programs for management, professional, technical, administrative and production employees.
